Customer Review - Unitrin

Unprofessional Customer Service- No sense of Urgency

These people must hate their jobs.they have no sense of urgency in helping the paying customer resolve their claim. unitrin is very hard to get a hold of on phone with a live person. it just doesn't seem as though they are on your side. they only have their own personal financial interest in mind and will deny you your claim coverage for anything. i do not recommend unitrin. unitrin needs to step up their hiring process and get people who genuinely care and actually want to resolve issues fast and efficiently. please excuse my run on sentences - just wanted to get this out there
