Customer Review - Unitrin

UNITRIN SUCKS!!!!

After paying Unitrin my initial payment and receiving the policy and Certificate of No-Fault Insurance, and paying monthly on time (actually long before the due date), they canceled me without notice. Their excuse was that they did not have an application on file for me and the agent that I dealt with no longer worked for the company. If they did not have an application from me how did they have all of my vehicle information, and why did they take over $1500.00 from me? They also "refused to refund" my money even though they claim I was not insured by them without an application!!
