Customer Review - Unitrin

UNITRIN IS TERRIBLE.

Tree fell on my truck three weeks ago. They have been giving me the run around the entire time. Took them a whole week just to get it to Mossy Nissan then finally the guy there doing the quote says that its a total loss because of all the rain damage done to the interior/all the front end damage. Unitrin says they need to send the quote back so it takes them another week or so. Finally they tell me its repairable and that NONE of the interior is getting replaced from the water damage. Not worth dealing with them, they might be a few bucks cheaper a month, but like everyone says, you get what you pay for.
