I thought Unitrin was ok....boy was I wrong!I had hit a deer on Christmas Eve and they handled that quickly and efficiently. But recently I was in a car accident where the other driver was at fault and it has been a total nightmare. Since the other company was having issues I decided to get the ball rolling using my collision coverage in order to get the money from my totaled vehicle. The costumer service is horrible, my adjuster, Kimberly Gregory, is the most incompetent, unprofessional person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I will call her at 15 minute intervals and she will never pick up the phone nor return messages. Even when I called her supervisor she said "oh I just saw her in the hallway" and then once I explained her complete lack of costumer service and requested that I was reassigned her manager said "If every time we had a customer that had a personality clash with our adjuster and reassigned them, we would never get anything done" I couldn't believe it! My issues were not merely a personality clash, they were serious problems with customer service! As soon as my policy is up for renewal I'm switching!
