Foot-dragger on honoring claims

My wife was hit by a car that is insured by Unitrin. Because the driver was the brother of the policy-holder they are trying to get out of paying the claim for damages. They call it a "coverage issue" and are "investigating" the situation. I guess no one there knows how to read a policy to see whether or not another driver is covered under this policy. Give me a copy of it and I'll bet I can tell you within 10 minutes. Investigating my ass.
