Dont Do It

The insurance premium and coverage was fine, but when I had a claim, they are horrible. The adjuster NEVER picks up the phone and takes up to 4 days to call you back. My car was damaged in December 20 and it is Jan 20 today and the car is still not fixed. The worst adjuster I have ever had to deal with is Raqueta Dotley. She makes promised that are not kept, If anyone even considers using them, please do your research
