Do not get into an accident with someone who has unitrin!!

I was in an accident, the other person was at fault and had unitrin insurance. I had to rent a car for two weeks until my car was fixed. It took me 4 months to get my reimbursement check for the rental car even after my car was fixed, but it would have been longer if I did not yell at a representative to transfer me to a supervisor after months directing the calls to their voice mails and never getting a reply back. I was fed up. Horrible service and don't expect to EVER hear from them! They try to drag on the process until the time is up, and you cannot be reimbursed for the anything!
