Customer Service Sucks!!!

I was hit by a Unitrin Policy Holder and had no problem dealing with the apraiser and adjuster, but when I couldn't find the policy number and needed more informaiton I called the 800 number (800) 437-8394 and had the rudest person ever! She was so nasty to me and wouldn't help me at all! I was nearly in tears when I got off the phone with them. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
