I am not a customer, but my car was totaled by one of their customers.I am so disgusted with this company. My car was parked infront of a store, and rear ended by a Unitrin policy holder. He hit my parked car so hard that it went over 7 lanes, over a curb, into a brick building. Not one time were we uspet, or ticked off that our car was hit. We were thankful that no one continued... |

renters InsuranceRecently I had a burgerly and I thought I had replacement cost for the items stolen but even with receipts they took 50% off the replacement cost until I replace the items. The items was originally purchased and insured..what if I wanted to wait to replace the item but I feel like I can't because they continued... |

UniTrin Are Awesomes!I just wated a half hour of my life. I'm a Unitrin customer looking for a better deal on a 6 month policy. I should have started with the one I already have in the first place. Horrible! Grr!I was rear-ended by a Unitrin policy holder. It took me DAYS to get in contact with a representative. The assessor who came out deemed my car a total loss. Their offer was sent via e-mail so I responded the next morning saying I accepted. When I called a week later to see why I hadn’t heard anything continued... |

Foot-dragger on honoring claimsMy wife was hit by a car that is insured by Unitrin. Because the driver was the brother of the policy-holder they are trying to get out of paying the claim for damages. They will just take your moneyIf you want to spend money for a car insurance company that doesn't pay you back when you do file a claim. Go with Unitrin. Also if god forbid you hit someone else PREPARE TO BE SUED because they won't get anything out of UNITRIN! continued... |

I Love ThemI can honestly say that I am very, very satisfied with Unitrin insurance. A year and a half ago I was in an accident when I was commuting to work. I was hurt pretty badly and I believe there was an Angel at my side that day keeping alive. My car was totaled in the wreck, and I thought my wallet would continued... |
