misrepresented benefits

1. Changed in mid year by employer, and they said they would honor deductibles and Co and told his to get info from previous insurer and fax to them. Called ten times, faxed three times, and they never applied.
2. Complained about MRI cost-- they had such a high contract payment to OP at hospital our deductible was higher than 100% Medicare payment in this city. When told rep, they laughed.

This is not really insurance.
