Your employer decides what healthcare services to cover not Unitedhealthcare!

It is unfortunate that after decades of healthcare claims being paid by health insurance companies on behalf of employers that many employees still do not understand the basics of how their healthcare coverage works. It is youre employer that decides which benefits they will cover and the healthpaln administers those benefits per the contracted BENEFITS PLAN! So if you cant get your claims paid for injections or othotics or youre blephroplasty talk to your employer, they are the ones that contracted for the healthcare services they wish to pay for.
