Worst Insurance Company EVER!Our premiums were raised 11% this year - up to $17k for a family of four. Our deductible got raised to $2500 PER PERSON, our co-pays from $30 to $30, with even less coverage than before, no out of network coverage at all and half the medications my family takes is no longer covered. And it took me 22 minutes to get an actual person on the phone and then he couldn't even pronounce the word ibuprofen. Then he actually had the nerve to suggest I take it on a daily, extended basis for osteoarthritis since they no longer cover my medication. WTH? There simply are no words to describe JUST HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS.....
