This has got to be the worst company ever. Even though I have coverage, they still try to find reasons to not pay even when my policy covers it.

If you have a choice, move on and find a REPUTABLE company - this is NOT it.

For those of you who are already stuck with UNITEDHEALTHCARE and must keep doing the "Rapid Resolution" dance with what Clark Howard calls "Customer NO-service" keep on fighting. Don't let them bully you.

TO: ALL EMPLOYERS who offer this insurance to their employees, please, consider renewing with a competitor. It will be worth it.
