Customer Review - United Health Care

United Healthcare is poor at best...

I would pay more for a better insurance company. I am locked in as well through my employer.
This company in my opinion is criminal. I truly feel sorry for all those out there carrying this insurance who have had claim denials. They try every unethical practice known to man to circumvent the process. Loads of paperwork, poor customer service, and the run around. They waste more money (for them and the patient) denying claims than paying them.
