Customer Review - United Health Care

United Healthcare is horrible!

So far we have had United Healthcare since January of 2010 and it has been horrible dealing with them. When I call them they won't let me know how much any procedure will cost. I have even had my doctors office call them and they still aren't able to let me know how much things will cost. This is a big deal when you have a high deductible! Also there cost estimator is way off. I had something done that was $400 dollars more than the higher end of there estimator. Horrible company to deal with, no one is able to help you.
