This is a terrible company. My employer changed over to this company last year and I have had nothing but problems. You have to carefully review ALL of your EOB's as they are usually ALWAYS incorrect. You then have to call their customer service department which has no idea what "customer service" is.

The Mental Health coverage under this company is also a joke - they do not cover anything that would actually help anyone -- everything is an "exclusion". When you call to be "pre-approved" to be able to see someone -- they fail to tell you that even if you see an "in-network" provider you still are not covered -- they tell you all you have to pay is your co-pay but that is incorrect.

When is someone going to do something about this insurance company?
