United Health Care very circumspect insurance company

Whether or not the employer 'chooses' what goes on with the plan, United Health Care has created a complex process that makes me question if they're just selling health insurance for their own sake of making a buck, and not necessarily providing a reasonable insurance to their members. Just a regular visit is a significant co-pay. When I realized how much the doctor's office was receiving, I started to understand just where the money was actually going/staying--in the pocket of the insurance company.
