"United Health Care"? Where does the insurance come in?

How many derogatory adjectives can I use to describe this disreputable/discgraceful parady of an insurance company representing themselves as "Insurance -- USA"? Too many for this space, so let me just say IT STINKS! I rate them as a " l ", across the board, only because it is the lowest number on their scale. In my opinion it is way too high of a rating for this company.
