United Health Care: Profits First -- customers a distant 4th.After 4 years of employment, my employer transfered our medical insurance plan to UnitedHealtcare. United Healthcare promptly let us know that they would not cover my son's medical injections which have cured his condition. They then told our Riley's Hospital pediatric endocrinologist -- one of the most noted doctor's in the world who also teaches at IU Medical School -- that her diagnosis wasn't good enough and that the drug is just to expensive to continue coverage. UHC's customer service gave us the run around and a lot of legalize for months and THEN said that if we disagreed with their decision we should have filed an appeal...but (conveniently) we were now past their own (arbitrarily) appeal deadline. So.."too bad"
