United Health Care Awful Company

I've been following up on my prescription coverage for 4 months while the bills keep racking up. They rejected once because I filled out the claim form wrong (I don't see how I did) and then rejected a second time because it was a duplicate claim. This company needs to be investigated. Why pay thousands of dollars for insurance if you are not insured against anything?
