Unhappy and worried

This company has no shame. They must work together on thinking up reasons not to pay. They may pay one month and the very next month, same type visit, and they won't pay. Wow, what a lot of messing around. Even the hospital warned me about them and knows to allow additional time while dealing with UNITEDHEALTHCARE. What does that tell you!!!!!

NEVER get this insurance. If you are a company looking into coverage for your employees, keep looking PLEASE.
