UHC should be investigated for fraud!

I can't believe that a company can get away with what United Health Care does. They refuse to provide a single person to speak with about a claim issue, so you must constantly talk to different people each time and explain from the beginning the problem. They do NOT call back or contact you - you must always call their generic number to check on the progress of your complaint. I'm so irate I can no longer keep civil when I call. They REFUSE to forward you to a supervisor or commit to anything and so your issue will continue to be unresolved. I have started paying my claims out of pocket to avoid late fees and intend to file a complaint with the state insurance commissioner if my specific claims are not resolved and paid by the end of the year. If you have any choice at all (we didn't), DO NOT choose this company for your insurance needs. You will spend more time on the phone trying to get your claims paid than in the doctor's office getting treatment.
