Trying to Kill Me??

United HealthCare is arrogant enough that they refuse prior authorization requests for medication from a National Cancer Institute. They treat the State Attorney General's representative as poorly as they treat me, and he cannot get through to them!

Refusing the prior authorization request means they never have to issue a paper denial, which in turn means I can never file an appeal.

Asking for a supervisor has been repeatedly denied - eventually they just hang up. Been through every possible avenue trying to resolve this, and UHC continues to refuse to accept anything. Run, don't walk away from this company if you can - they lie, cheat, refuse customer services.

Threatened to go to local, state and federal representatives as well as the news, and their response was "Go ahead, no one can touch us!" That is how arrogant and confident they are that they can get away with all of this!
