Simply awful customer service

I had an interaction with UHC's "nurse line" through the University of Chicago. I had called a U of C number, but I was forwarded to United Health Care. The "service" person was testy and rude, and couldn't give me a direct line to the U of C's health care personnel. Huge waste of time--though she eventually did connect me to the U of C. This situation could also be the U of C's fault, but UHC (as a contractor brought in to service the U of C's health insurance) is at least complicit and more likely contributory.
