Run as fast as you can the other way from this insurance company.

The about to be Bankrupt telephone company that bought out Verizon despite warnings not to from just about everyone they consulted is actually the one to be blamed for putting us in the situation we are in with regards to medical insurance coverage. That said, I am sick and tired of jumping through endless hoops to get this inusrance company to work with me. Their interpretations of what is considered "medical" are very skewed in their favor. I can't find enough derogatory adjectives to describe this company. Furthermore, every representative you speak to on the same subject, has a different story. At least educate your representatives so they can keep their stories straight, UHC. Any company who truly cares about their employees will go elsewhere.
