I have UHC Options PPO through UMR and just switched to them a few months ago from First Choice though Meritain. UHC's network is significantly smaller, they seem to take FOREVER to process anything, and they don't seem to have that much actual care for their members. They denied me coverage on a transition of care to see an out of network physical therapist for a surgery I recently had. Do they even value my health!? Probably not... I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied.
