Horrible customer care

GOD help me in reaching an associate who could help me....I am trying from last four day....I am getting transfered from one person to another and at last I am getting transferred to an automatic reply which says "there is an issue with the system and they wont be able to take my call".....Guys wish me luck!!!!!.....know what what I want....just to report a lost card and get a new one.....
