Finance Manager

Awful service, lots of red tape. Had my claims continually denied for over a year because they insisted I had other coverage when I didn't. Mistakenly, canceled my Rx insurance for 2 weeks without warning. Even the providers don't like dealing with them. Wrote to the Texas DOI twice to complain about their service.
