Does customer service exist at UHC????

No, No and No. If you can not resolve your issue with information from the website and need to speak to a person, beware. People are a very limited resource at UHC and evidently the few they do have are hidden away like the fine treasure that I'm sure they are. UHC wants your business but they are not into providing service. It took me over an hour, 5 phone calls, 4 transfers and 2 hangups before reaching Donna who was finally able to resolve my issue, I hope. I guess I will find out in another 30 days or so.

The customer service people you do get only know how to say I'm sorry, this area does not handle that line of business but then they can't give you the number of the area that does handle the line of business and when you are cut off you have to start over at the same number where you already know they don't handle your line of business. Makes perfect sense.

Needless to say I will not have a UHC product nor will I ever recommend UHC to anyone.
