Customer Review - United Health Care

DO NOT GO THROUGH UNITED!

I have been with United Health care for about 2 years now and I have to say, I will never go with them again. After they raised our insurance prices we continued to stay. Then after having our newborn son, they refused to add him to our insurance, thus making us find his own insurance. After a refusal letter I got from my company, I tried calling to sort out the situation. Customer service refused to talk to me saying they could only speak to someone at our corporate office and hung up on me! Outrageously expensive, Horrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone! Oh and, for how much we are paying, they don't cover hardly anything.
