At first the company seemed a bit better than BC/BS. In December I paid 60.00 for a three month supply of insulin. I refilled in February. The exact same prescription now has a co pay of 120.00--it doubled. When I called customer service to see why the rate increase was applied I was treated very rudly by the customer service agent. Go on line and compare what they pay and what you pay. I was shocked to find out that on several of my prescriptions they paid between 2.50 and 4.00 while my co pay was anywhere from 38.00 to 75.00.
