Cost Estimator is a joketheir online cost estimator to determine your out of pocket expenses for a particular procedure is ridiculously inaccurate. I'm currently at 2x the estimated out of pocket and i'm still getting bills. customer service is a joke too. ask 3 different reps the same question and you'll get 3 different answers continued... |

Worst Insurance Company EVER!!!!!They don't want to cover or pay for anything. My son ended up in the ER and admitted to the hospital because the asthma medication they told us was the approved substitute was in no way shape or form the same as the "brand". We are in the process of going through bankruptcy to cover the bills continued... |

how come they dont allow for -5 as a ratingmorons morons...its my third part time job..my daughter had to see a pediatric neurologist so i called to see who was in network they tried to refer me to a some kind of doc that specialized in nephrology. yup! had to fight 6 months to get my thyroid test covered.. apparently it wasnt preventative but continued... |
