united american health insurance

I had a rep to call me and I let him come to my house. He seemed very nice. I was getting health insurance for my 19 yr. old son. The policy sounded great with a great price, So I wrote him a check for 107.00 for my first premium. He said he would come by my house in 2 weeks for policies book, etc. Well it was over 2 weeks. I called his cell phone number he gave me and his office number and could not get in touch with either one. I got on the web site and found out that my bank info, etc was on the website. And said my next payment would be taken out in may. I called the number on the web site. The lady there told me my insurance was in effect. I told her I need insurance card and policy book. She told me I would have to get in touch with my agent. I told her have been trying for weeks. She said he would have to give me my card. Stupid. Anyway I called his cell phone again. By the way the cell phone was not a working number! I left messages on the office number and they never called back. I went to the bank and stopped future payments and emailed them i wanted to cancell. I lost my 107.00.
