not a customer nowUnited American Insurance is by far the worst insurance company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I do not believe they are competent enough to even get their own payroll out, much less figure out how much money they should be refunding to their 'customers' for their errors in recordkeeping. Keep United American from getting your money!!! Or it will take you, like it has taken me, almost five weeks of promises from this person and that person that the refund is being taken care of. Be prepared to yell - and to go without your refund check for the month it takes to hear the many people in the company who do not have a clue what they are doing, telling you, no lieing to you, that the matter has been resolved and the 'check is in the mail!' FIND ANOTHER HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY, NOT UNITED AMERICAN!!!
