dont deal with this company

continuous high premium increases. Very poor claim service, they wouldn't pay for claims, we had to call them multiple times to get it done. When we canceled our policy they said the representative said that we could be reimbursed for the over payment of premium, then the check never came so we called and now they say they wont pay us back. They now say that "it is not our policy to pay back over payment." Do not use this company they are not good to work with.
