Watch out they are a rip off

this company is the biggest rip off i ever seen. Went to report a death for the life insurance policy, and they will not disclose any information but yet i have the insurance papers, policy number, everything, even the signed documents. When i went to call them i was on hold for 48 minutes they are very rude on the phone, they are very rude to everything you ask them. I simply called reported the death, and soon they said i was not the ben of the account, but yet they were still taking money out of my account direct $30 a month. But would not let me go any further than that. Why would they wanted my address, phone number, if they did not want to at least let me know about the policy information. So watch out for these rip offs. Even after you call in the death they still take money direct out of your account. Since that has happen i closed my account so they cant get another dime. so over the past 11 yrs they have gotten $4,300 out of this but cant treat their customer decent. So to everyone that wants to get this insurance, shop around and do not deal with this company, its the worse one we have gone through. I hope this company looses bussiness and gets shut down for all their rip offs they pull. They should be turned into the Better bussiness practices.
