United American customer service sucks!!! There is no follow through with help and getting answers answered all you want to do is take inicent peoples money. you don't send out policies or insurance cards when when asked to do so. You make our lives a living hell, having to do extra calls etc. to get the answers we need. I've been trying for 4 months now it is time to go to the Attornery General to get you to do your jobs correctly.
