unethical business practices
I know that I purchased the cheapest plan that Unicare had available, but I thought they would at least cover something. I had a physical two months ago for a new job, which I thought would count under "office visits," but it was denied. Why? The statement simply said that my plan does not cover preventative care. Every time I have tried to use the plan, which really has not been often, I end up paying more than they do.

To top it all off, I was recently overdrawn (my fault, I admit), and my payment to Unicare was returned. They sent me a letter stating that they would no longer take automatic payments out of my checking account. I understood this, and I was prepared to deal with it. However, I checked my online statement today, and Unicare had taken the money out, anyhow. I am now overdrawn, because I didn't expect the money to be withdrawn. I can't get in contact with anyone in their office, either, because it's a Sunday. I have a job. How am I supposed to get in contact with anyone to get this resolved?
