Customer Review - Unicare

deceptive practices

I have seen 5 doctors on unicare thus far and only one of those claims has been paid. Otherwise the customer service person has claimed that the doctors are out of network when in fact they are not.
I have had to call several times so that they admit that the doctors are in fact in network and they have no reason not to pay the claims. They make you jump through hoop after hoop so that you will give up or stop seeking medical care. This is totally unethical and immoral. I am going to file a complaint with the state.
