Who thought someone could be worse than Humana!

I give up with these bozos. They have a great printer and fatastic brochures. There website can't be rated since you can't access it often enough to find out anything. It's been down 90% of the time in the last 3 months. Plus..they go home at 5 PM Central so I hope your boss is understanding about being on the phone for 75 minutes at work to get a problem not resolved.
