THEFT OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY

AS OF 12/31/2009, UNICARE PULLED OUT OF THE STATE OF TEXAS AND I WAS NO LONGER COVERED BY THEM. ON JAN. 6, 2010 THEY AGAIN DEBTED MY ACCOUNT FOR $529.00. SINCE THEY NO LONGER COVER ME, AND NO LONGER DO BUSINESS HERE, THEY INTENTIONALLY TOOK MY HARD EARNED MONEY. IF IT WAS A MISTAKE, THEY WOULD HAVE SENT ME ANOTHER "WE REGRET" LETTER STATING THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND WOULD REFUND THE MONEY . THAT NEVER HAPPENED. INSTEAD THEY HAVE SAID NOTHING. THIS IS NO DIFFERENT THAN ME WALKING INTO A STORE IN ANOTHER STATE AND GRAB SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO ME AND WALKING OUT WITH IT. NO MATTER HOW U CUT IT, THIS IS THEFT, PURE AND SIMPLE. DOES BERNIE MADOFF RUN THIS COMPANY??
