what a jokePassat wasin an accident. Others drivers fault.But we live in Michigan and Michigan is no fault.Passat was in beautiful condition. Woman ran a red light and hit me. Car was taken to where USAA told us. Car sat there for a month. No news from anyone. Not the Collision shop or USAA. Got a phone call today, a month after the accident. Telling me the car was deemed a total loss and they were coming to get the car the next day. We never saw an estimate, we were not allowed to even get a second opinion. The car is worth 9000, USAA will only pay 5000. I now owe 3000 on a car that is being scrapped.
