Customer Review - USAA

Would NOT Recommend

We have had USAA for many years (because my father, retired officer, suggested them). We have had several terrible experiences in trying to get settlements with the company (for accidents that were through no fault of ours). They may be ok if you don't have to file a claim, but the first time we filed a claim, we experienced horrible service. USAA doesn't even follow their own written policy. We have a complaint out to the State Department of Insurance because their lack of actions are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend the company to anyone.
