Worst insurance company in the businessMy car was rear ended by somebody insured by USAA. USAA declared it a total loss. USAA made me a settlement offer that is way short of the amount required to replace the vehicle. I objected and sent them local comps from private party car ads. USAA would not even look at the comps. I'm forced to sue the driver of the other idle.
