Worst insurance EVER!

My CR-V was rear ended by a person with USAA who was 100% at fault. 2 weeks later USAA tells me my car is a total loss. I had my insurance (Nationwide) check my car out and they said it was totally repairable. Nationwide is on my side! During the 2 weeks USAA had my vehicle I could not get in touch with ANYONE, and when I did they could not tell me anything, and I was hung up on twice because apparently when you ask a USAA rep. a legitimate question they don't know the answer to, they just hang up! As well as not answering the phones, they gave me an adjuster who was on vacation, ergo delaying my repairs! How efficient! I would never recommend USAA to any of my friends,family or enemies. They are the worst insurance period.
