Worst Car Insurance experience in my lifetime 44 years

My daughter was hit by a usaa member, her car was totaled.

They had a 3rd party service appraise my car,sending me a report with 25 similar cars all but 3 previously available.
Left out options on my car and offered me the lowest value of any including comparing it to a 4cl base. I finally settled, after almost 2 weeks. Been told that car payoff was issued on Friday, its Wednesday and called them, they said payoff is higher than settlement. My settlement amount was 12800. Our payoff was 7100. Was told numerous lies and put off. Talked to rude and treated like we didn't matter. Makes me want to drive to Texas and meet some of the liars face to face.
