What's going on?What's going on, USAA? I have been singing praises about you for years, but lately your customer service department needs a tune up! The dispositions and responses by your CSRs are not just unhelpful, but DELIBERATELY, KNOWINGLY snotty and rude. I am pretty concerned over the direction the company has taken recently. For the time being, I have no intention of transferring to a different insurance company, but neither do I like being talked down to.
