WHATS GOING ON?

Today and for the past few days I've tried to contact USAA and never before have i had to wait on the phone for 10-25 mins just to speak to a rep, the service is truly going down hill, especially with these new policies. My wife and I are both active and considering some of the recent activities, we are considering switching, customer service is ok now from the best in the country. WHATS HAPPENING???
