VERY DISAPOINTED!!I was involved in an accident involving a USAA policyholder. The service I received was poor to say the least. Once USAA accepted liability the young lady, Patty Martinez, handling my claim was very rude and not helpful to say the least!! She never returned my calls I was assisted by other reps. When I finally spoke with her she informed me that since the repair time was longer than five days I would have to pay for my own car rental, they only would cover five days. She also tried to tell me that I would HAVE to choose a shop that had the parts on hand and could not wait to have them ordered. What auto body shop carries Mazda parts “ON-HAND”?!!! When all was said and done I chose the shop I wanted and they paid for the full rental. USAA has very poor customer service and made me feel as if it was my fault for being rear-ended!!!
