Upset about Claim

I would have for years told you USAA was great. Never had an accident in all the time I was with them. Rates were higher than others but I said that was because they offer better service.

I was wrong!!!! Car was Rear ended January 24, 2011, today is May 5th 2011, I do not have a settlement, they compared my car to different models thus lowering value over $3,000. Do not pay medical unless we hire an attorney even though we carry 300,000/500,000/300,000 coverage. (we did not cover medical payments)

I have paid for an independent appraiser, an attorney etc... to attempt to get a settlement.

I might as well use Geico, there service could not be any worse and the cost of the policy will save me over $600 per year.

Shame on USAA.
